Pick and bite my fingernails and toenails. Had several infections in them on account of this.
Got a nasty ingrown toenail too which also has an infection. I need to go to a doctor for it. Kind of embarassed about it, because I know I shouldn't do it, and it'd be the second time I go for the same reason.
