Go to your nearest college and sell sandwiches for less than what the competition is.  Grab the register and run if there are cops - you're an unlicensed, unregistered, unregulated business.
The go-getter attribute required for it will look good on applications for a real job or college or internship or whatever when you're older, and give you some pocket money in the meantime.

Keep mowing the lawn, I do it for my parents and I could use the extra exercise every so often (because we have a push mower) but you could also do something like a paper round to get more income.
