movie

Look, realize that the stuff didn't happen, and afterward the actors probably got offset and were like, wow, that was pretty loving awkward to act out, and then had a beer together. In the future, try not to put stupid stuff in your head. Seriously, this kind of crap is meant for the border-line mentally insane who have a gore special interest straight out of /b/, not just random every-day people.

Give it time.  Unless you were actually traumatized by it, new experiences will cover over that one and blot it out, or at least take the edge off and put it in the precocious.  Try things that require mental energy and won't trigger any memories of the movie, like sudoku or math or something.

Just set your mind on other things.
Read some books and get your mind off of it.
Once you realize it's fiction, you will not worry about it anymore.
Just like me and FNAF :cookieMonster:

Why the hell did I have to look up August Underground on Google Images? Now I'm scarred.

Apparently this movie has sequels. Maybe watching those will help you get over it.

Here's a thought: try forgetting it.

You know you can leave the theatre if the content is too disturbing for you right
just get up out of the seat and leave
wait for whoever else to come out
that simple man

im pretty sure this is not the kind of thing anyone would be allowed to show in a theatre
the trailer itself is literally too obscene to be shown on tv

i watched it on utube
and like i said i only watched parts before i was like you know what why am i watching this

do worse things that make the things u wanna forget about insugnificant

If you can't stomach gore, why did you even consider trying to watch it.

"August Underground is a 2001 art film written and directed by Fred Vogel, and co-written by Allen Peters."

yeah, "art film"

i think the correct term is
