I'm mostly okay with everywhere except for most of Africa.  I also mix up Guyana, Suriname, and French Guyana, as well as Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania.  Central America and Europe's smaller countries and the former Yugoslavia are a bit fuzzy as well.

Here's one I made for the forums probably about a year ago. The island nations like Comoros, Bahamas, Palau, Micronesia, etc are not labeled. Neither is Greenland.
