Pick up the bottle.
Read bottle label

This whiskey bottle is both too generic to be of note and too not-having-whiskey-in-it to drink.

You pocket the empty bottle anyway.

Look at the paper on the desk/table.

Ol' papes here? This is a note you wrote down when a broad called you about her husband or something or other.

Might as well.

Start investigating I mean she said she could pay me big time.

Throw desk out of window and surf down buidling with it

Wear chair on head and walk out

Check phone for recent calls.

Check desk drawers if there is any.

Examine note again incase there's a number or anything you missed.

Check phone for recent calls.

You uh

don't really know what to do here.

Check desk drawers if there is any.

You rifle through the drawers.

Ah, your best buddy.

Examine note again incase there's a number or anything you missed.

You examine the note.

Take that key thats obviously glued to that paper

and throw it out the window

Take that key
I see what you did there.

No really, look under the phone. I feel like there's something under it.

As hacker said, lift up the phone.

Also, that picture on the note is what i believe a semiquaver.

Look on the other side of the note to see if there is a letter

Or sixteenth note for you uncultured swine.

No really, look under the phone. I feel like there's something under it.

No, there is absolutely nothing under the phone. You find keeping things under there excessively foolhardy.

Look on the other side of the note to see if there is a letter

There's no letter, but there is a summary of the phone call on the back.

The long and the short of it is that some broad's husband went missing. Last thing he said to her was that he was heading down to some bar.

Actually, it's the same bar that this napkin is from. Penta-Gin-and-Tonics, jazz-themed place. Tends to be full of the artsy musician types, but the scotch is cheap. You need to start keeping actual paper around here.

I guess we go to the bar.
