He is saying that we could never be worse than 4chan because we have gay liberal furries(i.e same types of people as tumblr has)

for the record I hate the idea of diversity and multiculturalism
but no, the point being that we can't be worse than 4chan. because this forum is a big happy shining example of diversity and multiculturalism.
