to be frank bumping isn't a banning offense as far as i know
but yeah we all know bumping without relating anything to the topic isn't the best at all, would've been better if he was like "hey i'm bumping this because i still think its extremely iffy and it should still be discussed"

I believe bumping is okay as long as it is done with good intent. I believe posts like "Nice bump idiot, way to bump this moron" should be ban-able.

Two reasons why:
1. These types of posts only keep a topic bumped
2. They add nothing, you might as well have not posted at all if you intent was to call the person an idiot
