Oh well, I don't really trust most of the big name sites for my information anyway, so I haven't really lost anything from missing it.

Though I do believe the people at Kotaku, etc. that were involved in this (intentionally giving good ratings to a stuff game because the power of boners amirite?) is just sickening.
