naval patrols commenced in Caribbean..
Australian vessels are intercepted and asked what they are doing in an area where they have no jurisdiction over.

America also has no jurisdiction there!

Australian vessels also patrol the Falkland Islands and Mediterranean.

America also has no jurisdiction there!
The United States Navy is patrolling the Caribbean for Rio Pact interests as well as the semi-trading blockade and the protection of United States territories and interests in the Caribbean.
It has also been patrolling the Caribbean for hundreds of years.

The United States Navy is just curious, as Australia has no territories, or interests, or anything in the Caribbean.

The United States lets the vessels off the chain as long as they don't disrupt/go near operations.
