last night i was out on town skating it up with some bros, all was good we smoked a little. we got kicked out of a few parking lots as usual. we smoked some more, skated some more, and by the time 11PM rolled around i was super loving stoned so i was half aware of everything and i forgot to bring my 255$ loving skateboard back inside my house and i woke up the next morning and it was loving gone.

Please help me get back my board or atleast tell me info about the kind of charges i can press on this brother.
Honestly, you're forgeted. If you go to the police to file a report you'll have to tell them that you were stoned off your ass which DOES fall within the free zone of probable cause. You won't go to jail but you'll definitely be given probation and a misdemeanor (felony if you're stupid enough to be carrying more than 12oz on you) on your record.

Yeaahhh that's not how it works buddy. The cops will want to know why you left it outside and how you didn't realize for a solid 12 hours.
Also there's not much for the police to go off of, nor do they have free time/interest in finding some stoner's skateboard.
