Achievement events

So I got thinking about that old achievements mod the other day and I got thinking what if they could be achievements.

What im asking for is an output event Getachievement>output parameters(a text that appears in chat for all to see)

also another event CheckAchievement so that they can see which ones they have which need to be obtained.

That is not related at all to what OP is asking for.

OT: This is actually a really good idea. You could have easter eggs or something, like using vce to check if you have clicked 4 ducks, and on the 5th duck click you get an achievement for it.
