We already kinda do have Rotondo.

Hodot, in my honest opinion, wouldn't really be a good candidate because he is young.
I love Hodot. Everyone does, but he has school and all of the load would mess with his school/moderator life.

And he's too nice.

No, the only reason anybody /wants/ to be mod is because they have a desire to feel important. The desire to feel important is the strongest desire most people can undergo. I highly highly doubt anyone wants to be mod purely for the "good of blockland" kind of bullstuff.
