That isn't a file that Blockland creates. It's likely an actual virus.

Yea, I agree. When was it created, Does it link up with the date from a add-on you've downloaded?

Some research brings up a javascript-based exploit that was found on Firefox 1.5 for OSX and Linux back in 2006. This exploit is so obsolete that I'm surprised it's still propagating.

Steps for you to do:
Verify you aren't running a version of Firefox that is 8 years out of date
Delete the file

Well yea, obviously. Plus my firefox was downloaded just a little bit ago, so it must be very recently placed.
