I don't believe you

I was really sick for like 3 weeks straight so I had blood work done

Sat in this chair and they took my blood and I stand up and the doctors asks if Im ok. I answer that Im a little dizzy and he like throws me back in the chair. I passed out, woke up, threw up, passed out again. Then I sat in this side room for like a half and hour.

When I was little I always preferred getting the needle to draw blood as opposed to the finger prick. Still don't have a problem with needles.
loving this. the finger thing HURTS and its scary

Frankly I'm usually less worried about the needle than the person handling it. They somehow always manage to mess up and I'm stuck sitting there spouting blood while they fumble for a new one.

Beware for gross content.

My art teacher told the class a story in second semester last year. She was donating blood at school as a teenager and the Red Cross was there. One of the nurses stuck a needle in her arm with a bag attached to the other end to collect blood. Apparently, they were quite busy on that day, so the nurse had to leave my art teacher to help another person. My teacher kept looking down at her arm and the bag kept filling more and more. When the nurse came back, the bag was gigantic, so both the nurse and my teacher started freaking out. The nurse actually squeezed the bag causing the blood to funnel back through the needle and into my teacher's arm. A gigantic tumor-like black bump resulted on her arm from the built up blood that stayed for over a week.

I didn't like that story.

oh my god that is arousing

i didnt actually give me my loving blood etcetc but i was screaming and crying and i was saying i wanted it back

Remember not to eat or drink too much of anything except water before you go or you'll have to do it again.

It's really not so bad. They just stick a pokey-majigger in your arm and take some juices. Just pretend you're Jason Statham and it'll be cake.

Eating or drinking doesn't matter unless the test places restrictions on your diet. But drinking lots of water is solid advice, make them veins nice and plump.

I was going to give you a suggestion but you're already done. I'll do it anyways for next time.

It doesn't really hurt that much. If you're really that scared, do what Masterlegodude said, put your hand into a fist when they do it. I do that when I get a blood draw/test/work and I'm perfectly fine afterwards.

ok im just gonna say right now

im not scared because of the pain
im curious as to where the forget my blood is going and what they do with it afterwards

They're gonna use yours and everyone else's blood to create an army of clones

Well first off blood work, depending on if you're donating or getting test it will matter, test they take like not much, donating has to be 12.5g/dL, so all you need to worry about is not looking at it to make you nauseous. Yeah I know you probably already have got the blood test but for future reference donating is worse.

^What the forget.

Anyways, I remember when I was young; I had to have a blood test and they required me to have 5/6 shots total, divided into both of my arms. god it loving hurts like stuff
