Did you- did you just assume it wasn't on the server list, because no one was joining? Make sure your ports are forwarded and that your server name doesn't suck.

If you name it something like "zombie love rp rape drugs" I guarantee that you will get an influx of half handicapped Blockheads. This is perfect for testing if you server actually works or not.
