worked from 4 - 11:30 last night
came home and immediately crash

wake up at 4 am, feel like im going to puke my guts out, face is burning, bad cough, hives on my chest, shoulders, stomach, and legs

i feel a lot better now but wtf happened. guessing its some sort of allergic reaction (never had one before)
the only thing I had to eat was my moms apple crisp and some bread thats it

do you have a sore throat and or a lot of mucus in your throat? it could be sinusitis, where eating certain bread things can cause hives and hurt your throat and the roof of your mouth
