I don't swim Breast so I don't have a lot of advice for you there

Well at least for ours we practice a bit before the meet (not too hard) and then the other team comes eventually and starts practicing. Then you just kinda wait for your event and cheer your teammates.
Not much happens after, your coach might tell you about practice tomorrow and dismiss you all
