You can own most firearms that are not fully automatic in many states. Including semi automatic versions of fully automatic firearms.

the saiga12 is kind of a useless gun though. that 870 is superior by far.

yeah there almost is no limit to the guns you can have so long as its semi auto.
but semi auto can shoot just as fast if you need lol. though no reasonable person even WANTS to shoot fully auto.
ammo is way to spendy to waste it like that. and legal magazine sizes are an issue.
i use 25 on most of em besides the shotguns.

thats the reason i wanted that new 22lr shooting uzi that is out. so i can toss my 10/22 ruger and use the new uzi as my 22.
that gun has readily available 100rnd mags.  XD

The Saiga12 is one of those useless guns that are basically for mall ninjas. Other examples being the AA-12, Desert Eagle, MP7, P90, FMG-9, anything that fires S&W 500.
