I want to spread my freedom and justice across Blockland. It's hard to fight Arabs without a freedom-shooting machine of democracy. To be honest though, it would be good for messing around. Or roleplays.

The second option would be realistic and awesome, however it may be impossible. Or just very hard.
The first option is much more reasonable, so yeah I'd go with the first one in a decent timespan.

Not impossible, it's been done with the A-10 fighter jet.

You could combine Chrono's cam events with a moving brick. If possible.

Or just make the missile a vehicle and set the player in charge, keep a constant forward velocity on it and put their camera at the front of it.
