yeah wtf that's room temperature

4 degrees below room temperature (72 F). And it feels a lot colder. Also,  the room I'm is poorly insulated and far from the furnace and thermostat, so it's probably a bit colder than that, now that I think about it.

Warm up a beanbag (in microwave) and put it inside your shirt

where I live winter temperatures go as low as 14C on average, so closing the window does the tricks for me

i have a house in the uk and use central heating and i loving tell you that stuff is warm.

I don't even have insulation on some parts of my wall, just a quarter inch(if that) of wood, not even put together well.
Where do you live that makes you unable to take the cold?

I'm in Saint Louis. I don't know, I just can't stand being cold. I'd take 90-95 degree weather over 40 or even 55 degree weather in a heartbeat.

70 degrees?!
You poor thing

I was about to be all understanding
I don't even know how one could heat oneself up when it's that temperature

are you making a point or not I can't quite tell
Because if you are he's already making it for you

I direct a space heater at my bed at night.

Last year, my brother kept shutting it off and I'd wake up cold. I'd look at the digital thermometer in my room and it read 58 degrees.

After all that I've done (the blankets, my computer acting as a space heater, etc), I'm not fine now. It's going to get a lot worse though as winter comes.

My home is about 40 years old but poorly maintained, looking at the beams you can tell its shifted a lot. If you want to keep warm that bad than try to get some money and fix up the drafty spots in your room.

You could do what I do and use a heater blowing on your bed, use two blankets, and wear a hoody to bed. You could also invest in a sleeping bag.
