Changing my avatar....

So i don't know what is exactly is wrong with my profile but for some reason when i put my image for a new avatar in and click change profile nothing happens it still shows the same avatar that i had for the beginning of my forum profile.

can any one help explain why?

The new picture must be 75x75 or smaller. Also sometimes changes take time in order to take effect.
