sounds more like a blister. even if it is an infection from a bite, similar.
i would pop that stuff and let it heal. its only serious if it spreads (or gets worse) THEN you get it checked out lol.

dont always jump to conclusions you have the worst case. often times its common menial things. but people rush to doctors to often.
