I can't add a profile pic.

When i click "I will upload my own picture" and use a pic i want, it unchecks and sets my profile picture to blank, help.

Make sure the photo is 75x75 pixels large or less and that it's under 2MB.

the pic i want to use is under 100kb so it shouldn't be a problem, i've also tried multiple other pictures with 75x75p and neither of them work, I'm clueless to whats going on ._.
