I kinda remember reading that hillkill was someone else, but it's not exactly been mentioned loads.

If you use the forum search and search "hillkill electro" you get 5 results total, 1 is this topic and the other 2 are suggestions that hillkill is a sibling of electro.
The other 2 mentions are both by Dreams_Of_Cheese
