On multiple occasions soldiers have had to kill young children because their parents or other adult decided to strap a bomb vest on them. Im not saying its not justified, but still, its kill or be killed in those kind of situations.

For all you know the vest was to make the child stylish for the friendly american soldiers, but the soldiers would be stupid to assume that. Assume the worst in a situation where not acting can be the end of yours and possibly multiple other lives.

if the bomb vest was obviously there i agree that unfortunately something had to happen but this was by no means a bomb vest situation

Even considering what Jubel said about the stopping power of standard-issue police pistols, I think it would be pretty hard to accomplish that after being shot straight through the head.

Was it ever confirmed that the shots fired from the vehicle went through the head?
The interview said Wilson was unaware what was happening because he was trying to protect himself with his arm, so I can imagine it might be a shot near the shoulder or the one near the collarbone/neck.

the autopsy showed that 2 killing blows were delivered to his head as he was falling, unless im mistaken

Yeah he was shot once on the top of the head and once through the right eye.

If this was a black cop shooting a white kid, I can guarantee that everyone would've forgotten about it within a week. It doesn't even scream tribal so much if you look at it this way. It's just declaring that black people need attention.

The rioters are very likely just young kids (teens through 20s) who join in the rallies and make off with goodies under cover of all the stink going up.

Also, I-44 @ Grand was shut down by protestors literally two blocks from where my dad works earlier this morning.

Officer Wilson' career as a police officer is pretty much over, he's done. Sending him back out in the field is just putting a bullseye on him. The relationship between the police and community seems pretty low, they did not like how the police handled the protesters when they brought out swat gear. I bet those cops will be probably those streats in outer body armor have Kevlar helmets for a few months after the rioting calms down.

You got people who aren't even from ferguson who just want to raise hell, smash and steal, they don't even care about brown. You have smashed up business, damaged streets, broken street lights, wrecked cop cars. In a few months people are going to complain about how crappy their town got. The city is going to have to have to replace street lights, fixed damaged roads, replace the damaged police cars. Business owners are going to have to pay out their own pocket to fix their businesses up.

People are going to have to pay a big chunk of change to fix up their town, it's not getting fixed over night. Those businesses are the life blood of the town. They attract people and provide the city most of the funds through tax money. Those business owners will probably pack up and leave, streets will have to repaired and re-light. Crime will probably go up. People are going to get mad and leave their town.

My advice for Ferguson PD would be to start checking up all the business owners, start helping them. Baby steps to build a relationship with the community. Invest in body cameras so that officers have a little bit more accountability. Have the city pay for Brown's funeral, create some sort of charity in his name. Have people learn so that this doesn't happen again. For all we know Wilson could have been a good cop and Brown a good kid who made a really bad decision. People are still going to be upset, there will always be cop haters, but I think having good relationships between the communities and the police can help prevent these events.

I hope we can evolve past the point where we don't look at a person's skin and instead look at person for who they are.

I feel they need to retrain cops. Cops shoot way to early. They need to be taught to discharge their weapons as either A) Last resort or B) There is already an active fire fight.
