Increase the start byte alot and shrink the end byte alot.

If you don't do that, you're corrupting CRUCIAL data in the file, then the game won't know what it is, all it is seeing is a mess of bytes. The only mess of bytes should be the animation data which is most likely around the middle of the file.


The same with animations. Believe it or not, I corrupted EVERY byte, BUT I did squeeze the start and end byte to a small amount, I added 123 to every byte in there on the walk animation and that happened. That's some insane luck!!


EDIT: And don't give up! Even tho it crashed, try some new method! You should try decreasing the end byte and increasing the start byte!

I did this before, and the results were quite interesting.
