Vocaroo is pronounced like "Vocal" and "Kangaroo." Obviously vocal is missing the 'L' and kangaroo is missing the 'kanga.' So the result sounds like vōk(ə)ro͞o or 'voh kah rew.' Not 'vaw kaer eww.'
