well what did you expect honestly
I know a solution

don't smoke

Oak leaves are far from Marijuana or anything else smokable.

So lemme get this straight, you have a track meet tomorrow, and you thought it would be a good idea to just roll up some random ass leaves in the forest and set them on fire and inhale the fumes?

What was actually going through your head?

not a track meet just cross country practice and how do I fix my lungs or whatever

All you can do is wait and keep breathing clean air.
