I would recommend just getting an android, most windows tablets/phones don't have many games or apps.
Windows is kinda like Linux in the computer world, nobody really notices them.
Do you mean bad quality/they don't work? I don't have money to buy a good laptop and I like the mobility of tablets.
Do you just want a keyboard because of the feel of a keyboard? Touch keyboards on screens are fast, and you can even use the swipe function on them for faster typing.
