0.01 - Harpstring - Extra string library

Harpstring is currently a very small string library that will allow more possibilities with TorqueScript string manipulation.

Features:

• startsWith(string, subString);
• endsWith(string, subString);
• + coming soon

I would like some suggestions on what functions to add to this library, since its really small.
