You're quite narrow-minded if you think that RF hammering people is its only purpose. I just gave three examples of harmless and beneficial uses, and the one "bad" use is something that depends on perception anyways.
Like I said before, it's your choice to either get beat or get ahead. Like in war, you're either smart or dead.
