So right when I started up my PSVita I was having connectivity trouble. I later found out it was hacked by the Lizard Squad. It's been a couple hours now, is it back up?

Funny thing is I've always had this type of problem with new consoles where it was hacked or it was undergoing maintenance.

I got Borderlands 2 along with my PS Vita, so now I'm waiting for PSN to finish recovering.
