A kid in my town just got arrested and put on trial for doing something like that.
If she's drunk and says yes, its still rape. because she's in an altered state. if you're both drunk, then its a little different, but if you're sober and she's drunk, its rape. especially if you're bragging about it afterward. You basically took advantage of a girl, yet feel proud.
