Restricted Events, but I don't have the add-on...

I don't have the add-on Server_RestrictedEvents, but when I start a server, the dialogue in the chat says that I have it, to type /restrictedevents to see what is restricted, etc. People are even asking me, "Why is this event restricted?". I cannot even edit what is restricted in the RTB server prefs, it does not even show.

Really need help.

I made a event restriction system bundled with my Event_EnvControl, which you have enabled, because they would be way too abusable for a non-admin to use them

But the only events it applies to (unless you have another add-on using it) are the events in that pack.

No edit: It's not editable in RTB prefs because it's not intended for administration, it's intended for developers making an event that would be too dangerous (an event that would allow you to flood the map with lava, perhaps?) for non-admins to be allowed to have
