Author Topic: I-94 Violent pileup during snowstorm  (Read 2030 times)

It's on an interstate highway and the smoke and snowstorm hides the accident to begin with. When they actually saw what was in front of them, they were already too close to stop.
And legally, every car involved in the accident is at fault.

why were they going so fast
especially on what looks like an ice rink because no one managed to slow down at all

Considering they where in what looked like an SUV i'm sure they will recover if they where injured.
eh, i just hope nobody died

It is intense being on an accident scene before emergency crews get there. I've come across and stopped at a few accidents right after they happened and it is complete chaos. People crying, confused, smoke pouring from engine bays, other cars stopping to help, yelling. Definitely an intense situation.

this video is proof that global warming is a myth
i'm joking chill (pun intended)

How many cars were there‽

jesus christ
this has more in common with bowling than driving

I think having to wait for the police show up and fill out paper work all in that much snow would be the worst part of it all.

Maybe if people actually loving slowed down in your country...

Man, Makes me glad I live in an area that doesn't get that rough on snow.

only one confirmed fatality. i loving stuff myself when that truck couldn't stop though.

Google "Lake effect"

The roads were clear and looked fine a couple hundred yards before that I'm sure.
