No Reason Bans

When people ban people for the fun of it really starts to bug me after I see it.  I was on a server and a person came on.  They were banned before they even spawned for "having a funny name".  These are the only type that bothers me.  I don't mind as much if people ban because they think they are a noob.  But really if you don't want them there try to think of a better solution.

They aren't "No reason bans." They gave the reason "Having a funny name." In my opinion that counts as a reason and by definition of reason it is a reason. So get it right.
