Author Topic: Fire at house  (Read 2815 times)

Iban did it.

Sorry to hear that OP, hope the dog is alright. My mom has caused small fires with stoves. When I was five or six, I heard yelling coming from the kitchen and went to see what was wrong. Imagine my surprise when I saw a two foot high flame on the stovetop and my parents beating it with oven mitts. Nothing was damaged.

Woah, Ryan. Was your laptop destroyed?

No. Brought my laptop with me when I left for my friend's house.

Any way, I'll post pics in a few, let me upload them to my computer.

i caught my car on fire before

although you could say the car caught itself on fire

my grandpa told a story in the 60's when he burned wood on a dry day, windy, and the grass was like a foot and a half tall. he lit it, and almost burnt a big part of the farm up. caught on fire. a firetruck pulled up, a guy was cranking a handle to make the firetruck sounds, and they needed a hydrant to get water, and there wasn't any, so they grabbed a few buckets of water and got it out that way

(yikes. anyone know how to fix pagestrech?)

I'm glad that everything's okay. I never personally had a fire happen before though.

It's pretty scary, especially when I had 2 dogs inside trapped. But like I said, they're ok.

That stove does not look like it's from 2013

It's actually an antique gas stove, though I'm not exactly sure of the date it was made. We got it in 2013.

The biggest fire ever at my place was a lit candle.

one time my hair caught on fire
another time i set my microwave on fire trying to cook macaroni

How the hell did you do that?
my brother thought it would be funny to not tell me i was laying down next to a candle.
either that or he wasn't paying attention either, but he just casually said "your hair is on fire"
