Both parties are stupid in this case. The guy gets out of the car even when he was told not to move, and that they will shoot him if he moves. On the other hand, the cops shouldn't have shot him to death.
People in general are starting to become even more handicapped
forget you, what the forget were they supposed to do? Stand and get shot? Reason with him to not shoot them? Bake them a rack of loving cookies?
Would you rather this guy shoot two cops and walk away, be walking free on the streets while the two people who were in a position to stop him are dead on the sidewalk? I can respect a healthy skepticism of authority but this stuff is ridiculous.
