I alternate a lot but I normally have a mix between the claw and the fingertip grip.

Usually a fingertip grip, but currently I have this really tiny crappy mouse so I have to do a claw grip.

palm generally, but my middle finger hands off to the right of the mouse instead of being on the right click

I switch between palm and fingertip grip and sometimes have claw grip
mostly palm though
