I have to wonder though, if he was supposedly in a rehab center for people recovering from Leukemia then how did his deteriorating condition go unnoticed/untreated to the point where it cost him his life? What's the survival rate of people with his form of Leukemia after receiving a bone-marrow transplant?

If he had been put in rehab I would've thought that the doctors would've been sufficiently certain that his condition would not deteriorate further
