This is more like a "news" group rather than a clan with no point.
Are you sure all those members like your server? you can't just put people onto the list when they didn't even apply for this "clan."

As I heard, they apply to the steam group.

This is how the current members work:
* I meet them on blockland (Usually on my own server).
* I play with them for a while.
* We become friends, and if they have Steam I invite them to my steam group
