Five hours is the least amount of sleep i get, what is wrong with you people? :I

I've never done it, but the people at my school that have are getting held back and are repeating classes.

dont have to tell me. back in '13 i skipped almost 2 months because of lack of motivation. failed the class.

I've heard that not getting enough sleep is worse than getting no sleep. If you go to bed earlier, you'll be better able to get up for school. If you stay up until 4:00am (04:00), you may as well not go to sleep and get your sanity kicked in the afternoon.

Talk to your doctor about your lack of sleep and they'll likely hook you up with something to sleep. I struggle with insomnia so I take Trazodone and Ativan. Eight hours makes all the difference.

If I have 9AM classes and I'm not asleep by 2:30 I just say forget it and pull an all-nighter. I'd rather feel tired than that stuff ass feeling of being woken up during a deep sleep.

I had an 8 AM class today I missed because I went to bed at 3 and was really unmotivated.

when mack was here i averaged 3 hours of sleep...we were out in downtown chicago a lot and i ended up coming home at 3AM or 2AM and i would have to wake up at 6AM every night.

I would have to be asleep by 8:30pm every night. Some people just cannot do 9 hours. I don't usually even get that much on the weekends simply because I do not need that much. If I do sleep that long, I usually wind up waking up several times and forcing myself to sleep longer. I sometimes even get headaches from sleeping that long, as well as for sleeping too little.
