First of all, how could he be messing with your IP. It's a local IP, more than likely your parents or something are setting up a new computer or someone with a mobile device connected to the WAP.

I have never heard of this. Im really sorry about this post. I honestly didnt know of this. When somebody threatens to mess with my IP, then stuff DOES happen with my IP, then im going to get a serious about it. I honestly didnt believe the other stuff. But then again, when stuff does happen with my IP.
