I think he meant in a non-physical way. Addicted to the thought, maybe. Heavy use.

...but secondary sources aren't any more or less valid on their own just because of the person that cited them. i guess what's actually being said is that there may be a confirmation bias but that's not because of the drugs lol that's just not understanding a researched position
