California the land of strict gun laws.

Here in Missouri once you hit 18 you can purchase rifles shotguns pistols etc. but you have to be 21 to buy ammo if I remember correctly

Also no full auto and recently you were allowed to own silencers and have them attached.
And by no full auto I mean you have to loving remove it off the gun to own the thing.

Buying airsoft guns in Missouri is handicapped. A couple of years ago, I went into Wal-Mart to buy my brother an airsoft gun + ammunition for a Christmas present. My mom was elsewhere in the store when I was done so I went to the front to pay. The cashier lady told me to show some identification and then forbade me to buy the gun because I wasn't over the age of either 16 or 18 (can't remember which). I had to go find my mom in the store so she could buy them for me, even though airsoft guns are legal for all ages in the state.

Because it's stupid to say "guns should be illegal" or that they're an unnecessary risk here in america. There are already tons of guns behind tons of doors. The only people that it'll affect, if you somehow make them illegal, is law abiding citizens. How are they an unnecessary risk? Who's at risk or whatever with the guns in your house?

Anyone with serious depression (or any other mental illness) cannot legally obtain a firearm?
