Fruits are known to protect their seeds. A tomato protects it seeds to.
So its a fruit.
The only reason its called a vegetable is because some years ago you had to pay more tax to grow vegetables then fruit so they started reconizing it as fruit so the goverment (or w/e its called back then) could get more do$h

I think you meant to say they taxed more for fruits then vegetables? Or the government called it a vegetable because vegetables were taxed more? Sorry my espio decypher code doesnt have tomatoes on it
