Yes but no. But also yes and some no.
Pluto was reclassified as "not planet" but to "dwarf planet" too because other not planets were found around Pluto the not planet. There are some more not planets (called dwarf planets) near it. Eris if I recall correctly was a slightly bigger not planet, so we would have to say Eris is a yes planet if we say Pluto is a yes planet.

Pluto gets to be a planet when it bumps into all those little rocks past Neptune and combines with them to make one big rock.
