cloning should probably be legal several scenarios just off the top of my head: 1. President dies in office/is assassinated, just clone them. 2. FBI (or insert other organization here) interrogating some guy who HAS THE INTEL, if they die just clone them. (probably the least ethical use out of all of them but hey) 3. not really sure if this cloning discussion only refers to humans but if an animal that is essential for an ecosystem dies out, just clone them. 4. Person on their deathbed that has more to offer society dies from a incurable disease, or one that just cant be helped at that moment, just clone them. 5. People that are long dead that could seriously have a major positive impact on society if brought back, just clone them. 6. A colony establishing team starts dying out from some accident/environment hazards/reach gets glassed again, just clone them. 7. Humanity dies out somehow, just clone them. |
