Tippy was also present at Raiden's table, sitting across from Nagato. She had spent most of the camp visit supporting them. Tippy had her sketchbook out and was falling asleep face-first into her doodle.

Graf walks into the mess hall to get some food, grabs the meal, and looks for where to sit down. He decides to sit down next to the one sitting alone, maybe figure out who these people are some more.
Mr. Hurricane:
Jaakko follows Tippy to Raiden's table. He brings with him a tray with a single-person box of cereal and box milk, along with a circular cut of prefab scrambled egg and oily bacon. His eyes are tired, and his coordination and posture also show it.
Matsumoto's death and his role still bother him.
Gojira:
Yui heads over to sit down with Raiden, after grabbing some food. Noting their expressions, but somehow not noticing that Matsumoto's not there, she chooses to remain quiet for the moment.
