Ellie checks the drawers and closet for any papers, like a map of the ship or a guide to evacuation procedures.

"To do all this on a flying aircraft carrier that already has such limited space just seems odd,"
Jaakko stays with Kommadant.

You are now standing inside the common room all the pilots' rooms connect to. The room is furnished far nicer than the rest of the ship you've seen so far, with only a few pipes attempting to blend into the ceiling giving away the fact that you're actually on a flying ship. Elu, Eremit, and Cualli are present as well, and you can see Virvel and Frisk looking through one of the rooms, as well as Ellie doing the same in another.

The drawers are empty.

Kommandant finishes walking up and down the aisle between the vehicles and heads farther up the ship, skipping the Recovery Deck and heading straight to Flight Deck B. If Jaakko thought the Assault Deck took up a lot of space, he's going to be floored by this one. While the Assault Deck resembled a double-wide heavy-lift plane, this flight deck is essentially an entire hangar that runs almost the entire length of the carrier. There are three catapult tracks running along the floor towards the (currently closed) shutters at the end of the runway, and when you inquire about the odd number of tracks to a nearby technician, he explains that the central track is used for larger planes like the Corsair and Fenrir that wouldn't be able to launch two at a time. He proceeds to gloat that it could probably fit a Shikra or even a Condottiero with no trouble.

Cualli sticks her head into the room and takes a look around. "I guess it's not too bad," she reports. "Cramped, but... not terrible."
CypherX:
Gus follows Kommandant, still taking the scale of the carrier in.
